2023 Cloisonne Sonoma Coast Sauvignon BlancBright and aromatic from the cooler reaches of the Sonoma Coast. Explosion of apricot, pineapple and citrus with crisp acidity. Fermented 50% in stainless steel and 50% neutral oak to provide a balance of fruit with striking aromatics. The picture perfect 2023 vintage allowed us to showcase what Sonoma can do with this grape. Crisp and energetic, this balanced wine pairs well with seafood, Asian dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.
