Self inspections should be conducted in order to monitor the implementation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice principles

and workmanship to enable them to be suitable for their intended use and to be adequately cleaned and properly maintained thus preventing cross-contamination

and dispose of trash in a manner that minimizes the development of odors
